Lloyd Cockermouth is looking for an Apprentice Parts Advisor.
Your role
Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday & Saturdays, as and when required.

Our apprentices obtain a nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion of the programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside qualified Parts Advisors and to be trained in the workings of the parts department.
A Parts Advisor\’s responsibilities may include the following:
- To serve and issue stock to both internal & external customers ensuring the parts department standards are met.
- To receive, correctly identify and warehouse incoming stock and to advise management if stock is low.
- Ensuring best practice housekeeping standards are maintained for both stores and retail section of the Parts Department.
- Ensuring promotions and practices produced by Parts Management are promoted when speaking to customers.
- To participate in the annual formal stock check.
The Training:
Qualification:Level 2 Customer Service
Apprentices receive their off-the-job training at the state-of-the-art Manufacturer\’s Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up-to-date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.
Applicants must possess the following:
- GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)
- Team player
- Dependable and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate well under pressure
