Marshall Salisbury is looking for a Parts Advisor. Your role is to keep our workshop moving with your parts expertise with one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups. At Marshall BMW and MINI Salisbury, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.
Full-time | Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basis.
In this role:
- You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
 - You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
 - You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
 - You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.
 
Your profile:
- Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
 - Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
 - Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
 - Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
 - Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
