North Oxford Garage is looking for a Parts Advisor,
Your role
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be the essential link between our customers, workshop, and sales departments. You’ll handle enquiries, process orders, manage stock, and provide expert advice to ensure the right Car and Motorcycle parts and accessories are delivered promptly and accurately.
This is a varied and rewarding role with a balance of face-to-face customer interaction, administrative work, and digital order management.
- Respond to customer and workshop enquiries for parts and accessories
- Manage product listings and orders through our e-commerce channels
- Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online
- Support car parts enquiries and coordinate with service and sales teams
- Maintain accurate records and manage stock using dealership systems
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient parts operation
Your profile
- Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar customer-facing role (motor trade experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using IT systems and digital platforms
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- A team player with a professional approach
