Sytner Worcester is looking for a MINI Sales Executive.

Your role

Sytner MINI Worcester has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesperson within the Automotive Industry.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them on their journey to purchasing a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work various flexible shifts, which may include weekends, to provide the highest level of customer service.

In addition to a salary and an achievable OTE of £42,500, you\’ll receive a company car, subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym memberships, and discounts with popular high street retailers.

Your profile

You should have good interpersonal skills, enjoy engaging face-to-face with customers, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service.

A full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Please note, you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
