Marshall Grimsby is looking for a Diagnostic Technician. Your role at Marshall BMW offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Diagnostic Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. We’ll support your growth with state-of-the-art facilities, a friendly team and manufacturer training that keeps you on top of your game.

Full-time | 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis.

In this role:

  • You’ll carry out a range of complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
  • You’ll complete EV work (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, working in line with manufacturer standards.
  • You’ll use your expertise in diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hard to find issues.
  • You’ll assist Apprentice Technicians with development where needed.

Your profile:

  • Someone with a minimum of a Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance, and a recognised Diagnostic qualification.
  • Someone with previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician/Mechanic ideally, but if just brand qualified we will consider your application!
  • Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
  • Most importantly, someone with a desire to progress with us, as we will commit to supporting and developing you with constant manufacturer training to keep on top of the latest technologies and EV requirements!
