BMW Group Park Lane is looking for a Business Support and Operations Manager.
Your role
This role is responsible for supporting the Park Lane Managing Director and Management team with strategic topics/projects and operations management as well as internal employee and communications topics to support delivery of the overall company result & performance with focus on customer satisfaction, profitability as well as employee satisfaction and wellbeing.
- To lead project plans for strategic business topics & company transformation projects. To directly coordinate & steer all business activities/ initiatives to achieve the project plans and defined results.
- To lead internal communications for the overall business. Including developing programme for future and relevant tools required.
- To lead employee engagement activities for the overall business including the full Voice of the Employee programme & Employee Survey programme.
- To be directly responsible for alignment with all relevant NSC internal departments on all internal communication topics.
- To support development and implementation of new Park Lane strategy.
- To oversee daily business operations and provide operations support where required.
- To directly support Managing Director Park Lane on internal governance topics; including documentation, reporting, structure documentation.
Your profile
- Degree level qualifications or equivalent in Business, Management, Communications, PR, Marketing.
- Demonstratable experience in automotive.
- Experience in Strategy, HR, PR, Communications or Marketing roles within the Automotive Sector.
- Self-starter. Able to lead implementation of project plans and motivate, steer & inspire others through indirect leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written. Internal communications/ employee engagement experiences a benefit.
- Excellent organisation skills and to multitask. And attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methods.
