Rolls-Royce Motor Cars - Goodwood - Bespoke Parts Quality & Purchasing- 2 year Graduate Programme (2026)

The Bespoke Parts Quality and Purchasing department are responsible for the selection and management of external suppliers to support the bespoke business. Relying on close working relationships with internal/external partners alike, the department is tasked with delivering new and innovative bespoke products from a specialist low volume supply base. It takes people with an uncompromising perception of quality and exceptional business acumen to procure the most suitable materials for each of our unique bespoke vehicles.

This is a 24-month programme which includes placements in other areas of the Rolls-Royce Motor cars business as well as potential BMW Group placements.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing parts quality topics for a selection of bespoke components.
  • Managing the Industrialisation of those components.
  • Familiarising yourself with the parts quality systems and processes.
  • Completing Supplier feasibility assessments
  • Confirmation of part quality against design and engineering specifications.
  • Supplier management - Performance of Quality and delivery
  • Understanding supplier manufacturing processes with bespoke suppliers.
  • Co-ordination and steering of Target Management Process and key performance indicators (KPI\'s).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Studying towards a 2:1 Bachelors degree - preferably in Engineering and or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to show good inter-personal skills, showing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, and ability to show high attention to detail to every task.
  • Ability to adapt working approach depending on specific requirements, prioritise activities, work under pressure, multi-task and solve problems.
  • An excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
