Production Management Engineer, Interior Surface Centre - 13 Month Placement (July 2026) Entity, Location – Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood. As part of the Interior Surface Centre, you will be contributing to the manufacturing of Rolls-Royce’s beautifully crafted decorative interior surface components. As part of your role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production and execution of product vision through various improvement projects. What awaits you? Production quality problem solving and process optimisation. Supplier liaising and management. Procurement and maintaining budget. Data analysis and visualisation. Research into digitalization and future technologies. What should you bring along? Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering course. You need to be able to work independently within our team and have the ability to organise yourself as well as be able to work in the team environment. You will be required to work from your own initiative taking projects and tasks from concept through to a complete and implemented solution. What can you look forward to? Great Pay – A competitive annual salary of £27,000, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
