Overview

BMW Group Financial Services UK is looking for a Digital Analyst. This role is based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse and validate requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Drive good customer outcomes by adhering to the principles of our Customer Driven Organisation.
  • Work independently with a high commitment to delivery and quality.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels through excellent communication skills.
  • Understand business problems and convert them into proposed digital solutions.

What should you bring along?

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • In-depth qualifications in Business and Systems Analysis.
  • PRINCE2 or PMP, Agile, SCRUM qualifications are desirable.
  • Training in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement methods preferred.
  • Proven track record in financial services, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and demonstrate speed to competence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curiosity to learn more about the business.
  • Results-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Broad exposure to business areas within Financial Services, including knowledge of systems, processes, and strategy.
