We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Event Ticketing Officer to manage event builds and support across the full ticketing lifecycle. You’ll work closely with promoters and internal teams to ensure events go live accurately and run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage events in the ticketing system (Spektrix) including offers, holds, and packages
  • Liaise with promoters, agents, and departments to maintain accurate event info
  • Monitor sales, adjust allocations, and maximise revenue
  • Provide clear handovers and on-the-day support for events
  • Support client meetings and advise on best ticketing practices

  • Experience using ticketing systems (Spektrix ideal)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines and working in a team
