Help us bring extraordinary live music and cultural experiences to audiences across Birmingham. B:Music is looking for a creative, organised and audience-focused Senior Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting campaigns that drive ticket sales, grow audiences and strengthen the B:Music brand.

You will support in the planning and delivery of engaging marketing campaigns, lead on email marketing and audience segmentation, create compelling copy for digital and print platforms, support our quarterly brochure, and work closely with promoters, producers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure the success of our diverse 800 event programme.

We are looking for someone with proven marketing experience, excellent copywriting and organisational skills, confidence in using marketing data and digital systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in arts, culture, live events or working with CRM/ticketing systems such as Spektrix would be an advantage.
