As Global Business Planning Lead, you will drive the Integrated Strategic Business Plan (ISBP) for BMT, turning strategy into action. You’ll work with senior leaders to design a governance and planning framework that informs decision-making and aligns with long-term ambitions. Your analyses will synthesize market insights, financial data, and operational plans into a clear roadmap, shaping conversations and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Integrated Strategic Business Plan (ISBP)
- Synthesize market insights, strategic priorities, operational plans and financial data into a cohesive roadmap
- Design and deliver planning processes, governance structures, tools, timelines and frameworks
- Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences to support informed decision-making
- Provide decision support and coordinate market and business insights aligned with long-term ambitions
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
- Facilitate strategic conversations and ensure planning activities stay aligned with company goals
Key requirements
- Experience in strategy, planning, transformation, market analysis, financial planning or preparing materials for executive audiences (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
