Join our Global Strategy, Planning, and Corporate Development Team to drive corporate strategy and implementation across our business. As a key player, you’ll shape our Integrated Strategic Business Plan by analysing market data and collaborating with stakeholders. Working closely with the Global Strategy, Planning, and Corporate Development Director, you’ll provide crucial market insights to support strategic decision-making. This role offers unparalleled access to our decision-making process in a dynamic, expanding company.

In terms of location, we can support Global/remote working, you must be prepared to travel to BMT offices on occasion, which may be overseas, as and when required.

Are you a critical thinker with strong analytical skills? Do you have experience in engaging with others and presenting findings effectively? We are looking for someone to join our team who can understand and prioritise vast amounts of information to make concise recommendations for our business development team and senior leadership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently with oversight, requiring a level of autonomy and flexibility due to our small team dynamic. Understanding business strategy is crucial to identify key market trends, customer insights, competitor analysis, and technological advancements.

Ideally, candidates will have a background as an analyst with education qualifications in business, economics, finance, or other strategic disciplines.
