We are looking for Graduates to join our Marine Engineering team as part of BMTs UK & Europe Region. As a graduate, you can expect to receive training from our experienced employees and we will support you with your professional journey towards achieving Chartered Engineer status.
A relevant degree such as Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. is required. You should also have an interest to work within the Maritime domain, excellent communication and team building skills, pride in your work, and a desire to deliver a first-class service to our clients.
Working as a Marine Engineer in this role will provide you the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of projects and research across both Defence and Commercial domains covering Ships, submarines and the wider marine engineering market. With the ability to influence your training and project experience, you will find great personal and professional satisfaction with BMT.

This role requires full UK security clearance so you must have sole nationality and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years. The role is located in our Bath BMT Office, but we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Depending on project needs, you will be expected to travel to customer sites and BMT offices from time to time.
