You will work closely with senior sales and delivery teams in the ships and submarine sectors to understand client needs, coordinate meetings, and help convert prospects into signed projects. The position supports and executes growth strategies, developing long-term plans to expand BMT’s capabilities and technologies within the UK and EU.

You’re confident presenting to different audiences and know how to make your message engaging and easy to understand.

You’re skilled at creating networks, both locally and internationally, and you work well with others. People find you motivating and energising, and you know how to get the best out of those around you. You’re driven, positive, and ready to make a real impact in our team.

If you also have a degree in business or engineering, or you’re familiar with Shipley processes and BMT’s capabilities, that’s a bonus—but what matters most is your approach and your ability to build strong relationships.
