Project Controls Analyst Major Infrastructure Programme | Stansted Airport £300 - £350 per day

BMSL are recruiting on behalf of a major infrastructure programme at Stansted Airport for a Project Controls Analyst to support logistics planning, programme intelligence and data-driven decision making within a live airport environment.

This is an opportunity to join a high-profile airport transformation programme supporting the planning and delivery of major construction works.

Whilst the initial requirement is for 10-12 weeks, there is genuine potential for the role to become permanent following the initial assignment.

If you have experience within project controls, planning, programme analysis or major infrastructure environments, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a programme expected to run for a number of years.

The Role

Working within the programme delivery team, you will capture, validate and analyse information from multiple projects and contractors, converting complex data into meaningful insights, forecasts and recommendations.

You will help provide the evidence base required to support logistics planning, resource forecasting and programme decision making across a complex live airport environment.

The role combines elements of project controls, programme analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining programme and logistics datasets.
  • Analysing workforce, vehicle, material and resource forecasts.
  • Reviewing construction programmes and identifying periods of peak demand.
  • Assessing constraints, capacity requirements and programme impacts.
  • Developing dashboards, reports and visualisations to support decision making.
  • Supporting logistics planning and programme forecasting activities.
  • Monitoring data quality, assumptions and reporting accuracy.
  • Producing forecasts, trend analysis and programme intelligence.
  • Working closely with project teams, consultants and operational stakeholders.
  • Supporting ongoing performance monitoring and reporting activities.

About You

You will have experience within project controls, planning, programme analysis or major project environments and be comfortable working with large datasets across multiple stakeholders.
