About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Administrator to support busy HR, Recruitment and Vetting teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work, thrives in a responsible role, and is confident handling confidential information with accuracy and care. The position is primarily administration focused, with occasional light recruitment tasks. You will be involved in checking vetting packs, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly. Initial training will be based onsite in Bridgwater with the potential for some home working once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across HR, recruitment and vetting teams.
  • Check, verify and quality assure vetting packs and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Handle confidential employee and applicant information professionally and securely.
  • Complete general admin tasks such as data entry, correspondence and document preparation.
  • Support light recruitment duties including interview coordination or candidate paperwork.
