We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
  • Monitor daily site activities and maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Liaise with site management, clients, and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays
  • Maintain accurate site records and reports as required

Requirements

  • Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Certificate
  • Valid Gold CSCS Card
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and site procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work
