BMS require an experienced Site Manager for a DAY SHIFT – Site Manager Hours: [07:00–17:00, Mon–Fri] Duties include: • Run works in a live trading store – customer and colleague safety, hoarding, segregation and deliveries • Daily liaison with the Store Manager and the site team • Manage subcontractors – flooring, decoration, joinery, M&E • Interface with other contractors on site (e.g. refrigeration) • Daily diary, photo records, permits, inductions, toolbox talks and RAMS sign-off • Hand over a clean, safe store to the night team every night. Accreditation: • SMSTS • CSCS card Black (Preferred) • First Aid at Work • Asbestos Awareness • Fire Marshall • Retail or occupied-premises refurbishment experience • Confident with photo records and daily reporting – records are non-negotiable on this account • Able to work unsupervised and make the call on safety, access and store liaison • Full UK driving licence and own transport Nice to have • Supermarket / Live retail fit-out or refresh experience • Temporary Works Supervisor, IPAF/PASMA • Experience alongside a concurrent Principal Contractor (e.g. refrigeration, HVAC, Fast track fit out) A BACKGROUND IN SHOP FIT'S OUTS A DISTINCT ADVANTAGE YOU MUST POSESS A VALID SMSTS, CSCS CARD & CURRENT 1ST AID CERT
