Immediate Start in Port Talbot
We are urgently looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a live project in Port Talbot. This is a fast-moving site with immediate start required.
The Role:
- Install and strike formwork / shuttering systems to specification
- Work from drawings and site instructions
- Deliver high-quality concrete formwork within programme
- Work alongside site teams and other trades
- Maintain strong health and safety standards
Looking For:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter on live construction / civils sites
- Ability to work from drawings independently
- Valid CSCS card
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable and able to commit to long hours
Preferred:
- Experience on large-scale or industrial sites (e.g. steelworks, civils, major projects)
- Able to integrate quickly into an existing team
What You’ll Get:
