Role Overview
We are working with a well‑established regional contractor delivering new build residential developments across South Wales. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for a new housing scheme in Aberdare. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role suitable for someone who has managed projects from groundworks through to completion and handover, delivering quality homes safely, on programme and to a high standard. Projects are traditional new build housing, not refurbishment or maintenance, and require a confident site leader who is comfortable running their own site.
