We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy construction recruitment team in the City of London. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and speaking with people on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening construction candidates for various roles
- Speaking with candidates daily via phone and email
- Booking in candidate registrations and interviews
- Completing candidate registrations and compliance checks
- Uploading and maintaining candidate records on the internal system
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
- Confirming worker availability and shifts
- Assisting consultants with general recruitment administration
- Chasing references, right to work documents, and certifications
- Building and maintaining good relationships with candidates and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and telephone manner
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy office environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
- A proactive and positive attitude
