The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Site Manager to take full ownership of a live multi-storey recladding / façade project, delivering external envelope works on a technically challenging building. This is a package-lead role, suited to someone who has run cladding or façade works end-to-end (not just a general Site Manager with limited exposure).

The Role

  • Lead delivery of a recladding / façade package on a live project
  • Take ownership of programme, quality and site delivery for external works
  • Manage cladding subcontractors and interface with client teams
  • Oversee installation including:
    • cladding systems
    • insulation, substructure and fire-rated components
  • Coordinate works within a constrained, live environment
  • Drive QA, compliance and build quality across the package

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience running cladding / façade / recladding packages
  • Strong understanding of external envelope systems and installation
  • Experience working on multi-storey or high-risk buildings
  • Confident leading subcontractors and taking package ownership
  • Strong QA and buildability awareness

Desirable:

  • Experience on remediation, retrofit or fire compliance projects
  • Background delivering works in occupied or live environments

What You’ll Get

  • Long-term work on a secured programme
  • Opportunity to take full ownership of a specialist façade package
  • Stable role with consistent pipeline of work

Apply

If you have the experience to confidently run a cladding or façade package from start to finish, apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
