We are currently recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join a major infrastructure project in Porth.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term freelance work on a busy site, with competitive day rates available depending on your experience, project background and whether you can provide your own setting out equipment.
The Role
- Carrying out all setting out duties on site.
- Establishing and maintaining control points.
- Ensuring works are delivered to specification and within required tolerances.
- Producing and maintaining accurate as-built records.
- Interpreting technical drawings and site documentation.
- Working closely with site management and subcontractors.
- Supporting quality assurance and resolving engineering issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer.
