Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering & Energy Infrastructure - (NEC Option A/B) East Anglia £70,000 - £85,000 (depending on expeirnece) + Car Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's fastest-growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractors. With a strong track record of delivering complex projects across the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors, our client continues to secure major frameworks and flagship projects nationwide. As a result of sustained growth, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team supporting a high-profile energy infrastructure scheme in East Anglia. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a nationally significant project while joining a business known for its collaborative culture, ambitious growth plans and commitment to employee development. The Role Working closely with the Commercial Manager and project delivery team, you will be responsible for the commercial management of works on a major energy project, ensuring strong commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: * Commercial management of a high-profile energy and civil engineering project * Administration and management of NEC contracts, particularly Option A and Option B * Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control * Management of subcontractor procurement, payments and final accounts * Assessment and agreement of compensation events and variations * Preparation of applications for payment and commercial reporting * Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities * Providing contractual and commercial support to project delivery teams * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners * Supporting the project through to successful completion and final account settlement About You We are keen to speak with commercially focused Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors who have experience working within civil engineering, energy, power, utilities or major infrastructure environments.
