We’re working with a well-established and growing MEP contractor delivering high-profile projects across the UK. Due to a long-term live project in Llantrisant, they are looking to appoint a Document Controller / Site Administrator to support the team on-site for an initial 12-month period. This role offers a high level of flexibility and would suit someone looking for either full-time or part-time hours, including those needing to work around school runs or other commitments.
The Role
- Managing and maintaining project documentation systems
- Ensuring all documents are correctly filed, version controlled and easily accessible
- Distributing drawings, updates and technical documents to the project team
- Supporting compliance processes and ensuring documentation is audit-ready
- Taking photos of work on the site when required for quality control
- Assisting with general admin tasks including data entry, correspondence and reporting
- Liaising with site teams, engineers and office staff to ensure smooth information flow
- Supporting project coordination and day-to-day site administration
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in document control, construction administration or a similar role in the industry
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
