BMSL is seeking an experienced and proactive professional to lead H&S across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Systems:
- Develop, implement, and maintain H&S systems compliant with legislation and best practice.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections.
- Risk Assessment & Control:
- Identify and assess health and safety risks.
- Implement and monitor effective control measures.
- Training & Safety Culture:
- Design and deliver H&S training for staff and subcontractors.
- Foster a strong company-wide safety culture.
- Incident Management:
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate H&S incident records.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant H&S legislation.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
