Freelance Site Manager – CAT A Office Refurbishment
Location: Swindon
Start Date: Monday 26th January 2026
Duration: 7‑8 Weeks
Day Rate: £250 – £275 per day (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations across both units
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades for smooth delivery
- Maintain programme and quality standards
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records
- Liaise with the client and project team, providing regular progress updates
Requirements
- Proven experience managing CAT A commercial fit‑out/refurbishment projects
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage short‑term programmes efficiently
- Asbestos Awareness desirable
