About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Security Guard to join our team in Didcot. This position involves working a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering both day and night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, visitors, and premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the site and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
  • Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment where required.
  • Ensure all security procedures and site instructions are followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Liaise with site management, emergency services, and other stakeholders when necessary.

Requirements

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License (essential).
  • Previous security experience preferred but not essential.

  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work.
  • Right to work in the UK.
