About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Security Guard to join our team in Didcot. This position involves working a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering both day and night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, visitors, and premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the site and surrounding areas.
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports.
- Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment where required.
- Ensure all security procedures and site instructions are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Liaise with site management, emergency services, and other stakeholders when necessary.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License (essential).
- Previous security experience preferred but not essential.
