About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a highly respected regional contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and heritage sectors. Based at their Swindon head office, you will play a pivotal role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders, ensuring projects are priced effectively and align with client requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for a variety of construction projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope and requirements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
