(Permanent) A well-established South Wales construction contractor is seeking a Field View Coordinator / Project Systems Administrator to help maximise the use of Trimble Field View across its projects and regional offices. Having invested heavily in the platform, the business is looking for somebody who can help project teams gain greater value from the system by improving day-to-day usage, supporting users and helping embed the software across the wider business. This is a flexible opportunity that can be offered on either a permanent or freelance basis and may suit someone seeking full-time or part-time hours. Importantly, you do not need to be a software trainer or Field View specialist. Practical experience using Trimble Field View within a construction, engineering, housing, maintenance or infrastructure environment is far more important than formal qualifications. The Role Working alongside project, commercial and operational teams, you will become the go-to person for Field View support across the business. Key responsibilities will include: * Supporting project teams with day-to-day use of Trimble Field View. * Assisting with project setup, workflows and system administration. * Helping site teams capture quality inspections, project records and site information. * Supporting users with forms, inspections, reporting and information management. * Providing guidance and best-practice support to new and existing users. * Helping improve consistency of data capture and reporting across projects. * Supporting document control and project information processes. * Assisting quality assurance and compliance teams with system utilisation. * Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and maximise the value of the platform. * Acting as the first point of contact for internal Field View queries. About You We are open-minded regarding background provided you have practical experience using Trimble Field View within a construction-related environment. Suitable backgrounds may include: Field View Coordinator Project Administrator Construction Administrator Site Administrator Document Controller Project Coordinator Quality Administrator Compliance Administrator Information Manager You should also have: * Practical experience using Trimble Field View. * Experience setting up projects, forms or workflows within Field View. * Strong IT and systems skills. * Good Microsoft Office knowledge. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Confidence supporting colleagues and explaining processes. * A proactive and solution-focused approach. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Desirable -Construction, civil engineering, housing or infrastructure experience. -Document control experience. -Quality assurance or compliance experience. -Experience supporting multiple live projects simultaneously. -Full UK Driving Licence.
