We are currently looking for a Commercial Assistant to join a busy construction project based in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their commercial experience within the construction industry. The initial requirement is for 16 weeks, with potential for the position to continue beyond this period for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the commercial and project teams with day-to-day activities
  • Assisting with subcontractor and supplier documentation
  • Processing and maintaining commercial records
  • Assisting with applications, variations and cost information
  • General document control and commercial administration
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, trackers and project records

  • Strong Excel and general IT skills
