The Role
As Project Controls Lead, you'll take ownership of cost, schedule, risk, change management, and reporting functions. Your expertise will ensure accurate tracking and analysis, enabling informed decisions and successful delivery.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Ensuring financial accuracy through robust budgeting, cost monitoring, and forecasting.
- Integrating schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project to align all workstreams.
- Managing risk and change with proactive identification and control processes.
- Delivering insights via dashboards and reports using Power BI for senior leadership.
- Driving compliance with internal controls, contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
About You
- Proven experience leading project controls on major construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, scheduling, risk, and reporting methodologies.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with NEC contracts and large-scale project environments is advantageous.
- Chartered or working towards chartership with ACostE, APM, or similar (desirable).
