We are currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to start ASAP on a warehouse-based role in Bridgwater. This is an urgent requirement on a busy industrial / logistics site, supporting operations where lifting capability is currently restricted, so it’s essential you’re confident operating large, heavy-duty forklifts.
The Role
- Operating a counterbalance forklift (large capacity)
- Supporting lifting and material handling operations within the warehouse
- Working closely with site and logistics teams to maintain workflow
- Ensuring all operations are carried out in line with site safety procedures
- Assisting with general movement and positioning of materials
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver
- Confident operating larger / heavy-duty forklifts
- Experience working in industrial, construction or warehouse environments
- Reliable and able to start immediately
Essential:
- CPCS A16 (Industrial Counterbalance Forklift) – MUST HAVE
Note: Only candidates with the correct A16 CPCS category will be considered for this role.
Duration & Flexibility
- Immediate start required
- Duration currently open-ended
- You will be given a minimum of 1 week’s notice guaranteed if the requirement changes
- Potential for ongoing work depending on site needs
Pay
- £24.00 – £28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- CIS or LTD payment options available
- Weekly pay
