The Role:
- Managing kitchen, bathroom and internal refurbishment works
- Running day-to-day site activity across multiple properties
- Supervising trades and subcontractors
- Working in occupied homes, maintaining strong customer standards
- Ensuring quality, safety and programme targets are met
- Remaining hands-on where required
What You’ll Need:
- Experience as a Foreman/Supervisor within social housing or refurbishment
- Strong multi-trade knowledge (internals, kitchens, bathrooms)
- Comfortable managing your own workload across multiple live jobs
- Good communication skills when dealing with tenants and clients
- Reliable, organised and proactive approach
