An established and rapidly growing engineering services business is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across the UK.

Operating across major infrastructure, power generation, renewables, offshore wind, industrial manufacturing, process engineering, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and energy sectors, the business delivers complex Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Construction and Commissioning solutions to some of the UK's most significant projects.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven individual with strong industry relationships and a proven track record of winning new business, developing strategic partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth within the engineering sector.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company's long-term growth strategy. Working closely with operational, technical and commercial teams, you will identify and secure new opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships and expand market presence across key sectors including power, renewables, industrial manufacturing, utilities, infrastructure and process industries.

This role would suit either an experienced Business Development Director or an exceptional senior Business Development Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
