We’re looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of door and ironmongery packages across live construction projects. This role would suit someone with construction exposure who is comfortable working from drawings and technical information, whether from a site, design, or coordination background. You’ll be working in a fast-paced office environment, supporting the production of schedules and resolving technical queries linked to live projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing door schedules for manufacture
  • Producing ironmongery / hardware schedules
  • Reviewing technical drawings in line with package requirements
  • Raising RFIs to resolve design and coordination queries
  • Checking and maintaining general compliance across project documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in construction (site, design, or office-based role)
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings
  • Experience or exposure to technical coordination, scheduling, or document control
  • Familiarity with doorsets, joinery, or interior packages (useful but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Comfortable working in a busy construction environment
