BMSL are recruiting for a Facade / Cladding Manager for a position based in Bath. Depending on your preference, Freelance or Permanent position available.
As the Facade Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a building's exterior envelope. You will oversee the design, procurement, and installation of complex exterior systems, such as curtain walling, cladding, glazing, and rainscreens, ensuring they are safe, weatherproof, and structurally sound.
- Freelance - £280.00 to £350.00 per day dependant on experience
- Permanent - £60k to £65k plus company vehicle
