Administrative support position to act as a link for our clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations for our regional businesses. At BMSI, we currently have a vacancy for a full-time Support Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team based at our office in Daresbury. This is a full-time office‑based role reporting to our Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling engineers work in with clients.
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and credit notes via the SAGE database in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Submitting engineers timesheets.
  • Handling telephone calls from customers and suppliers with a professional approach.
  • General office duties and support others during annual leave.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with SAGE (although this is not essential as training will be provided) and have strong IT skills with a proven ability to prioritise their work to ensure that deadlines are met to the standards expected in a busy working environment. To succeed you must be highly organised and reliable with effective time management skills. Being a team player is essential, as is having a positive attitude when dealing with both colleagues and clients.
