As our London business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join our successful projects team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across Central London, working with established clients, an experienced engineering team and a strong pipeline of work.

The Role

As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple BMS projects across London, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery and play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing BMS projects from initial handover through to commissioning and final completion
  • Producing and maintaining project programmes, budgets and resource plans
  • Leading project engineers, site teams and subcontractors
  • Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact throughout project delivery
  • Monitoring project performance, costs, risks and programme milestones
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures
  • Identifying and managing variations and commercial opportunities
  • Supporting and developing engineers within the team
  • Producing and maintaining project documentation and reports

What We're Looking For

This role would suit an established BMS Project Manager with experience delivering Building Management System projects in a commercial environment. You will have:

  • Proven experience delivering BMS projects in a Project Manager role
  • Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar platforms
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • The ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • A full UK driving licence
