BMS Applications Engineer/ Senior Engineer to join our growing team.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering BMS solutions across a range of customer sites, including design, engineering, commissioning, project delivery and small works management.
Key responsibilities include
- Engineering and managing small works and projects
- Designing and commissioning Building Management Systems
- Developing BMS software and graphics from mechanical designs
- Carrying out site surveys to support quotations and system design
- Maintaining project financial control and programme delivery
- Managing health and safety requirements
- Liaising with internal teams to coordinate labour and resources
- Supervising subcontractors where required
- Support the wider team by providing maintenance, diagnostics and technical support during quieter project periods, adapting to business needs as required
Essential Requirements
- Experience commissioning Building Management Systems
- Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Trend, IQ Vision, Siemens and Tridium systems
- Ability to develop BMS software and graphics
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS, ECS or JIB registered, ideally with an ECS BMS Technician card
- Provide telephone and on-site emergency and breakdown support
Desirable
- BACnet, SIPP and Modbus experience
- Knowledge of Trend current and legacy products
- Experience with Cylon systems
- Experience across other major BMS platforms
