We're looking for a Support Engineer to join our team at a major healthcare facility in Luton. This is a static site role, giving you the opportunity to work closely with a key customer, develop in-depth knowledge of a complex site, and become a valued part of a highly skilled engineering team.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on BMS and control systems.

Diagnosing faults and responding to reactive service calls.

Completing small repairs and remedial works.

Conducting routine inspections to ensure systems continue to operate efficiently and reliably.

Building strong relationships with the customer and providing a high level of service.

Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.

Identifying replacement or upgrade opportunities and raising engineer field quotations where appropriate.
About You
We're looking for an experienced BMS Engineer who is keen to continue developing their technical knowledge and skills.
Ideally, you'll have experience working with Siemens PX and Desigo BMS systems, as these are the primary platforms used on site. However, we would also welcome applications from experienced BMS Engineers with knowledge of other BMS platforms who are open to learning Siemens, with full training and support provided.

Experience working within the Building Management Systems industry.

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

The ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a wider team.

Good IT literacy.

A full UK driving licence.

Be able to participate in the on-call rota.
