Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage the entire delivery process of projects from internal handover to completion and be the single point of contact for the projects
- Ensure all BMSI governance and Health & Safety procedures are understood and followed
- Take responsibility of all costs, understand the budgets and plan completion costs to achieve or improve budget
- Provide reports and updates as required, both internally and externally
- Develop project programmes and provide regular updates and drop-line updates
- Work closely with internal team members, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure a consistent and smooth project delivery.
- Manage the expectations of all external stakeholders.
- Work to tight deadlines and budgets, maintaining high standards throughout
- Interpret electrical drawings, control schematics and MEP drawings confidently and accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive and proactive approach to Health & Safety
- Familiarity with delivering medium to large BMS projects, or similar experience in the M&E marketplace where skills are transferrable.
- Ideally some experience working with the Trend or Schneider StruxureWare systems preferably but also Siemens, Tridium or Distech.
- Demonstrable experience with understanding air, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Proficiency in reading electrical & control wiring diagrams
- Good ability to maintain trackers and reports
- Strong teamworking and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first attitude
- Flexibility to travel to sites across Central London and nearby areas, when required
