What You\βll Be Doing
Take full ownership of BMS project delivery β from kick-off to commissioning and closeout
Create and manage detailed project plans (budgets, timelines, resources, risks)
Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors across a portfolio of London-based projects
Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams β keeping communication clear and outcomes aligned
Oversee on-site activity, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and technical standards
Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement
Identify commercial opportunities, variations, and additional client requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure full contractual compliance
What We\βre Looking For
Proven experience as a BMS Project Manager, or a senior engineer ready to step up
Ability to read and understand mechanical & electrical drawings, specifications, and BMS control narratives
Proficient with Microsoft Project and Excel for project scheduling and financial tracking
Proven ability to manage projects up to Β£500k in value, preferably within commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar BMS platforms
Project planning and delivery expertise using recognised methodologies and tools
Great communicator β able to lead teams and build lasting client relationships
Strong commercial awareness and cost control understanding
Problem-solver with a detail-driven, proactive mindset
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to project sites across London
Qualifications
HND/HNC/Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar (preferred).
Manufacturer training and/or certification in Trend, Siemens Desigo, or Distech (desirable).
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card (desirable).
