Your Role:As a BMS Design Engineer, you\’ll be responsible for delivering robust, high-quality design solutions across a range of airport infrastructure projects. You\’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration and exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:Develop complete BMS design solutions from concept to installationInterpret mechanical, electrical, and HVAC specifications and drawingsDesign in compliance with Heathrow (HAL) standards and protocolsGenerate and manage detailed documentation including points lists, equipment and valve schedules, and O&M manualsSpecify and procure BMS hardware, software, and field equipmentLiaise with panel manufacturers and review panel schematicsAttend factory acceptance tests and maintain design updates throughout the project lifecycleEnsure designs are delivered on time and within budget
What We\’re Looking For:Proven experience in BMS design (Trend, Tridium)Solid understanding of HVAC systems and building servicesStrong AutoCAD and document management skillsExceptional teamwork and communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingLiving within 40 miles of Heathrow Airport (TW6)Willingness to complete a DBS check
