We\’re looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join BMSI\’s Major Projects division in Central London, where you\’ll work on some of the UK\’s most prestigious and technically demanding building management system (BMS) installations.At BMSI – the UK\’s largest independent, employee-owned BMS company – you\’re part of a collaborative, close-knit team that values expertise, supports your growth, and is committed to delivering exceptional work across high-profile projects.Responsibilities Commissioning and completing BMS installations across high-value, complex projectsWorking to tight deadlines and budgets, maintaining high standards throughoutInterpreting electrical drawings, control schematics and MEP drawings confidently and accuratelyCollaborating with Project Managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth deliveryAbility to make adjustments to pre-configured software and graphicsProviding technical support and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approachWhat We\’re Looking For Positive and proactive approach to Health & SafetyFamiliarity with the Trend or Schneider StruxureWare systems preferably but also Siemens, Tridium or Distech, as training can be provided for the right candidateDemonstrable experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer, ideally with some knowledge around metering and third-party interfacingDemonstrable experience with understanding air, hydraulic and electrical systemsProficiency in reading electrical/control wiring diagrams and softwareGood ability to maintain Commissioning records, trackers and reportsStrong teamworking and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and a quality-first attitudeFlexibility to travel to sites across Central London and nearby areasWhat We Offer Competitive salary, reflective of your experienceGenerous bonus schemeCompany car (including fully electric vehicles) or monthly car allowanceOvertime opportunities25 days\’ annual leave plus bank holidays6% employer pension contributionPrivate medical insurance (BUPA)Life assurance (4x annual salary)CycleScheme (up to £2,500)Employee ownership after 12 monthsJoin a Company That Invests In You If you\’re ready to take the next step in your commissioning career and want to work on projects that make a real impact, we\’d love to hear from you.BMSI is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
