BMSI are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our growing team! Are you an experienced BMS Support Engineer looking to further your career in the BMS industry? BMSI can offer the right candidate an opportunity to work for one of the world’s largest, independently employee owned BMS companies, promoting growth, collaboration, and wellbeing as our primary core values.
We currently have a vacancy for a Support (Service) Engineer covering our East of England and Western Home Counties areas and ideally located in the Cambridgeshire area who will be expected to undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers. Carry out full turn‑key BMS solutions ranging from controller replacement to full BMS system upgrades. There will also be a need to respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with Distech and Trend’s current and legacy products and experience with any of the following systems would also be advantageous; Tridium, Siemens, Schneider and Cylon Systems and have experience of working within the building controls industry, have proven diagnostic skills and be able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems. A driving licence and being PC literate are essential pre‑requisites.
