IT Services organization with practices in custom software development, cloud infrastructure and data engineering. Looking for an experienced Engagement Manager (Client Services Manager/Delivery Manager) with experience in Data and AI/Software Development/Cloud or similar domains.

This person will be the sole bridge between clients and technical teams, acting as the voice of the customer while also coaching practitioners. A background in account management, delivery management, project or program management, or client services would be a bonus.

Specializing in all things infrastructure, general custom app development, data science and engineering, etc. Ability to build rapport quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and consultants.

Base up to £135k + Bonus. Location - Anywhere in the UK.

Primary focus lies in assisting clients with their digital transformation journeys, encompassing the creation of new digital products and platforms, transitioning from legacy systems, and establishing modern software delivery capabilities.
