Customers are senior leaders (e.g. CEOs, Chief Digital Officers, Transformation Directors) in businesses, government, health systems, multilaterals and big philanthropic organisations. The Role:

  • These client-facing roles will work within the sector leadership teams and alongside the consultancy teams to bring in new leads and convert them to new work.
  • Mix of New Business & Account Management.
  • They provide fantastic support for new business, including LinkedIn premium, SEO/PPC as well as a dedicated marketing budget.
  • The sales manager has a track record of developing and progressing ambitious individuals through the business.

Package of up to £140k - £150k base + up to Double OTE uncapped.

Requirements:

  • Must have sold consulting services, bespoke application development, IT Services, digital transformation, etc.
  • Hunter mentality.
  • Capable of winning an account and growing it to upwards of £200k.
  • Capable of combining levels of activity with quality.
