The Strategic Account Executive will drive new revenue growth by acquiring enterprise clients and managing key relationships to ensure long-term success. This is a new business–focused role with responsibility for the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, while engaging senior stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive new business acquisition, owning the full sales cycle with a strong focus on new logo wins
- Develop strategic account plans aligned to client needs and business objectives
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Proven track record in enterprise consultative sales within a software or technology environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term growth
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and enterprise-level deployments
- Understanding of the EMEA enterprise market and workforce development landscape
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English
